New C. D. Cobras Team Manager Requirements Checklist

STEP 1: Registering as a Volunteer with C. D. Cobras

  • Visit our website (www.cdcobras.com)
  • Hover over Volunteers and select "New Team Manager Checklist"
  • Once Logged in, select the "Volunteers" tab and then locate the button that states "New Team Manager Checklist"

(Before proceeding to the following steps C.D. Cobras Club Admin must give you the confirmation that you have been assigned as the Team Manager Role) 

STEP 2: Safe Soccer (SafeSport Training) 

Complete both of the following compliance trainings:  SafeSport & Introduction to Safe and Healthy Playing Environments– Click Here (90-minute & 25-minute courses)

*NOTICE* The ONLY MANDATORY trainings that need to be completed are the first two compliance trainings of PHASE 1. (SafeSport & Introduction to Safe and Healthy Playing Environments)

The last two trainings of PHASE 1, as well as PHASE 2 (Positive Soccer Environments) and PHASE 3 (Background Screenings), are NOT REQUIRED to be completed.

STEP 3: Live Scan Background Check (ONLY for those 18 and older)

  1. Complete Cal South Live Scan: Print and fill out ONLY Page 2- Click Here
  2. Visit the following location: Imperial Mailbox & Notary Services at 12325 Imperial Hwy Norwalk, CA 90650 United States with your completed Live Scan Form to complete the process

STEP 4: Team Manager Photo ID

Once your LiveScan is clear, C.D. Cobras Club Admin will then take your team manager photo ID in-person at the training venue. Finally, you will then obtain your Team Manager ID.
